One of Gordon Motion's first bottlings as Glenrothes new Malt Master, the 1998 could be described as Carmen Miranda's hat in a bottle. Tropical fruit flavors are predominate in this interesting departure from Glenrothes' signature style.

SUGGESTED CHOCOLATE PAIRING
Parchita plays to both the flavors and the "Carmen Miranda" story of the 1998 Vintage. Passion fruit blended into a soft caramel makes for a natural pairing with true tropical tones while the Rio Caribe keeps the festival going with its almond hazelnut praline bringing out this spirit's pleasant nutty/woody notes.
