Taking its name from the highest village in the Scottish Highlands, Tomintoul has been marketed as a single malt since 1973. The house style is noted for its light, sweet floral character, and the Sherry cask finishing has added a more profound fruitcake note to the nose along with a spiciness in the palate and a richer, fuller body.

SUGGESTED CHOCOLATE PAIRING
So many choices too small a bottle. There seems to be a bonbon for each flavor note. Here are our choices, see what you think: Morocho brings out the sherry, Grignottine for the fruit, and Black & White for the malt.
