The 14 year old Amontillado Cask (#305) was just released by Springbank this summer of 2011 as part of a series of four sherry cask matured spirits. This collection is a surprising and delicious departure from the house signature fresh and fruity spirits.
We love the uniqueness of this whisky. There is nothing to compare to this flavor which is more sherry than scotch.

SUGGESTED CHOCOLATE PAIRING
The bitterness of dark chocolate along with the citrusy zings of its carmelized orange peel, create the perfect foil for this most unusual spirit. While the toasted almond and pistachio slivers deliver just the right amount of nutiness and crunch. (click here to purchase)
SUGGESTED CIGAR PAIRING
An amazing combination whereby the cigar softens and sweetens the flavors in the whisky, while letting the peppery notes come through. (click here to purchase)
