Sip Smoke Savor tempted guests with three pairings: A medium full Alec Bradley Honduran SCR was matched to accentuate its coffee notes, with a Bunnahabhain 12 year old single malt and Chuao Java Bonbon. The spicy Tempus Centuria was complimented by a powerful Abelour a'bunadh whisky and served with Picante chocolate. The grand finale was the robust Prensado Torpedo paired with the excellent Ardbeg Uigeadail scotch and Candela smoky chipotle chocolate confection. A fun time was had by all.
