	Nose:	New wood shavings, the sweetness of malt and a subtle earthiness at end.
	Body:	Chewy.
	Palate:	Lots of oak and malt predominate. The sweetness of vanilla and toffee develop slowly.
	Finish:	Slightly resinous finish that lingers.
	ABV:	43%

	Price:	$$ - A necessity not a luxury.
	The first bottled single malt to be fully certified "organic" right down to the virgin American Oak casks from environmentally managed forests. While this could be gimmicky, the whisky itself is unusual and enjoyable. Very different from the nose to the finish.
