	Nose:	Toffee, nutty and spice aromas, with soft fragrant notes of leather, sandalwood, and vanilla.
	Body:	Light to medium.
	Palate:	Starts out spicy, then turns soft and fruity with citrus and raisins. A honeyed vanilla background with traces of oak completes the picture.
	Finish:	Long and slightly drying with a fading spiciness.

	The Singleton of Glendullan has a rich, smooth character that is derived from the combination of spirit matured in European Sherry Oak casks and American Bourbon Oak casks. American Oak brings subtle, honeyed hints of sweet vanilla while European Oak brings lush fruit and balancing dryness. It’s this blend of American Bourbon Cask and European Sherry Cask aging that provides the unique balance and character of this fine single malt.

	SUGGESTED CHOCOLATE PAIRING Chuao - Picante and Grignottine This malt was easy to pair; favorites were Picante to bring out the fruit and add a bit of a zip. Grignotinne's carmelized orange peel compliments the citrus and sweetness in addition to offering a wonderful crunchy texture. SUGGESTED CIGAR PAIRING H. Upmann Vintage Cameroon The mellow earthy and spice flavors add some additional zest to this relaxing combination.
