True to Rosebank house style with the Gordon & MacPhail loving touch. A soft summer spirit, light and refreshing. This 1991 vintage was finished in refill sherry cask though this note clearly mellowed with time. A fine example of a Lowland malt from a distillery that will be missed, as Rosebank closed its doors in 1993.

Cinco de Mayo draws out the citrusy flavors while Parchita plays with the softer fruits. The dark chocolate is a wonderful contrast with this light spirit.
