Rosebank-1991-CC-120True to Rosebank house style with the Gordon & MacPhail loving touch.  A soft summer spirit, light and refreshing.  This 1991 vintage was finished in refill sherry cask though this note clearly mellowed with time.  A fine example of a Lowland malt from a distillery that will be missed, as Rosebank closed its doors in 1993.

SUGGESTED CHOCOLATE PAIRING

Chuao - Cinco de Mayo and Parchita

Cinco de Mayo draws out the citrusy flavors while Parchita plays with the softer fruits.  The dark chocolate is a wonderful contrast with this light spirit.
