For decades they rested in quiet contentment in the Bowmore No.1 Vaults as Atlantic waves crashed off the sea-wall. Today the Trilogy whiskies are regarded as some of the most collectable and highly revered in the world.
Join us at Michelin star restaurant Aureole on Tuesday 28th September 2010 to experience the final drops of the legendary Bowmore Trilogy: Black, White and Gold in the company of Andrew Rankin, Operations Director.
The menu has been specially created by Aureole's Executive Chef Christopher Lee to complement each of these exceptionally rare Single Malts.
