As rich and full as its name, which is Gaelic for "generous", the influence of the Pedro Ximenez sherry cask maturation is immediate and satisfying. This captivating dram has a wonderful complexity of flavors that never stops. Dr. Bill Lumsden personally traveled to Spain's renowned sherry region of Jerez to hand pick these PX casks.
Sonnalta PX is the first release of a new Private Collection of limited edition malts. Don't hesitate because when its gone...its gone.

SUGGESTED CHOCOLATE PAIRING
You get the idea! This scotch seems to work with almost any of our Chuao bonbons. The slightly fruity top layer of Morocho and the fudgey chocolate make this pair ideal. For a sweeter and fruitier pairing, Framboise's berry goodness is just the ticket. Dark Grignottine's orange peel and carmelized nuts go well with the sherry finish and Melao's caramel center has a sticky consistency that is great with this syrupy dram.

SUGGESTED CIGAR PAIRING
The incredible depth of flavors in both single malt and cigar make for a rich and decadent dessert. Dark roasted flavors play up the coffee and chocolate flavors in the malt and the raisin notes tie them together even more. Delicious.
