Glenfarclas distillery has remained independent and continuously in operation through six generations. This malt is an excellent example of their full bodied and well sherried house style.

SUGGESTED CHOCOLATE PAIRING
The carmelized orange peel of the Grignottine mates well with the sherry flavor, while the Miel provides a crunchy texture and accentuates the pastry notes.
SUGGESTED CIGAR PAIRING
Matching the complexity of the Antaño is the full bodied Glenfarclas 17 year old single malt. The light fruit and pastry flavors of the malt and the long spicy finish work well with the sweetness of the cigar.
